Testimonials From Proud Owners Two

Crystal – it has been a while since I have communicated with you and shared a picture of our Duke! I hope this email finds you well!!

Duke is now 4, 95 pounds and as mellow as ever – we can’t believe it! Many of times John and I talk about the day we first met Duke and how you knew that he was our dog enough that when I called you later that evening you had told the other family that came after us that he was taken…THANK YOU…I refer to him as my ANGEL as he brings such peace and sense of importance to my life – I love him so dearly!

Thank you for taking pride in what you do and lucky us for finding you online, visiting that Saturday afternoon and having Duke come into our lives!

We have since moved to Virginia (for a job opportunity in my life), so attached are some pictures of Duke in our new property with his best friend in the world – Pitch.

Thank you for blessing our lives!

Hello:

Just thought that I would send you a picture of Trapper. She is one of Velvet's and Quade's offspring. She is now six months old, and is doing great!

I get so many complements on how cute she is, and how wonderful her personality is!!

Hope you enjoy the picture!

Just wanted to share a picture of the love's of our lives. Magnum's in front, Mollie behind.

We take them everywhere we can and boy do they like to go. This weekend was the first time Mollie didn't get carsick. She usually heaves at least once if the road winds around and if we're on a trip or car ride they usually do.

Definate water dogs. The pond on our property finally has water again after the two year drought, and between the pond and the 4x6 water tank Ken keeps clean and full for them to swim in, they seem happy as can be.

They both have excellent retrieving skills (only when working one at a time), otherwise they play keep away with each other.

It's rough having to keep us company all night on the bed, and shadowing us everywhere we go. They've memorized the sound of our car and truck and hear them way before we even have them in sight.

They adore our three granddaughter's, 2 mo, 1 year and 3 years. You've never seen such gentle giants around the girls. We watch carefully more because the girls are so little, and we'd die if either of them hurt one another.

We've NEVER REGRETTED getting either of these pups. They're the love of our lives and such a joy.

Thanks again Crystal for making us a family again.

I am attaching a picture of “Buck” (Sadona litter, April 15th, 2001). He has become the best I could expect in a Lab!

Here is a picture of Hudson. He has been in the house for a few days and is doing great. After a few weeks, he’ll be big enough to play more with our black lab. I am amazed how agile and energetic Hudson is. He is able to jump off small steps and climb up small ones. Not an easy task for a small puppy.

He is awesome. We have been training him for pheasant and duck hunting with a trainer that comes over to our home. Dugan is a pointing lab as well as a great flusher and retriever. He took second place when he was 14months old in a pheasant competition in amateur. He could have won the puppy division but we think that one of the pheasants actually left the field. He goes pheasant hunting on the average of once a week. He is also a wonderful family dog, he goes where ever we go and is very well behaved and smart.

Hello Crystal - Here is a picture of Dylan. She is perfect!

Enjoy and I'll be in touch about the check.

Crystal,

Wanted to give you an update on Roma. She turned a year old on February 13th and has been nothing but pure joy. The sheer ecstasy she displays when "Mom" comes home is the best elixir anyone could ask for! She loves her rawhide "chewies", loves to play in the pond with her Chocolate Cousin Belle and loves her belly rubs! As you can see, she loves the snow too! Thank you again Crystal for giving me such a beautiful creature. She is definitely Mama's girl and boy, does she know it!

Molly enjoys the view....she's just the BEST

Molly (Velvet) is looking forward to her 9th bday party this month. Did you know she is now the most famous dog in Taos? The whole town just loves her!

I am attaching a Taos news ad so you can see just how photogenic she is.

She's in bed w/ us every nite.

Mary

Hi Crystal,

I want to thank you for my Mable. She has been such a sweet addition to my life. She loves everyone and all doggies. I can't tell you how many people want to dogsit! I resist as I want her to myself. You do a fabulous job of providing great dogs!

Tell Millie thanks.

Hi Crystal,

It's hard to believe that it has been almost 12 years since we picked up our little 8-pound Rosie from you. She passed away early this week and it's hard to realize that she's gone. Rosie had a legion of friends. We used to have dog day at the office and several of our clients scheduled meetings specially so that they could play with Rosie and Chester. Rosie made it a point to visit every employee every day she was there and bring some fun along with her. She was a fantastic companion, family member and P-A-R-T-Y girl. This is a little tribute to her that we sent to her many friends. Thanks for letting us take care of her life.

P.S. The more I get to know my neighbors/friends dogs, the more I respect my dog’s breeder!

Crystal, Thanks for allowing us to pick out Trout. I can not tell you how excited we are and how impressed we were with your kennels.

We took our chocolate lab in Monday to have him neutered before our puppy arrives and we found out that our Vet, Dr. Ekenberry at Belcaro, also has a lab from you ... said it was so mellow and one of the best labs he has ever had.

Thanks Crystal!

Stella still amazes us! (She was out of your 9/11 litter). She is quite the hunter going after birds, ducks and mice. She also caught a baby bunny last week, but we quickly rescued it out of her jaws!

She also very smart. She hides her chews from our lab, Sam, because otherwise, he'll take them away from her. It's interesting watching her try to find a good secret place for them.

We've had her hips x-rayed and the Dr. said they look perfect! Whew!!!! We didn't want to go through another nightmare as we did with Sam who has one replaced hip and no hip on one side! Thank you for thinking through your breeding methods! It's so important finding the right breeder----too many people are out there breeding labs who don't know what they're doing or only think about making money despite the defects they may be passing on to the poor unsuspecting puppies!

Stella is so agile. Her body is so different from our poor Sam's.You're a wonderful breeder and when we're ready, we'd like to get another dog/puppy from you! Thanks!
